Captain John Dickelman
Captain John Dickelman is the staff expert on the Fargo/Moorhead stretch of the Red with over 10 years of experience on the River. He is a U.S.C.G. licensed captain. Captain John along with his wife Kellie own J&K Cats operating on the southern stretch of the river. They offer a very unique Red River experience. On-site lodgeing and/or camping is available. The cabin comes complete with two queen sized beds, pull out couch, cable TV, stove, microwave and cooking utencils. This layout makes for a real Red River adventure, because you can have a guided trip in the daytime or evening and enjoy a campfire and fish the shore all night long.
When you fish with Captain John, you will be fishing a secluded stretch of river located 16 miles from the nearest public access. Groups of up to six can fish in comfort on the 20' pontoon to ensure a great day together on the river. This setup offers the perfect way to enjoy a family day on the river or take business associates out for a different style meeting environment providing a great and unique way to conduct business.
